Book hourly service in one of our fully electric SUVs (Rivian R1S). The Rivian R1S is a very stylish, comfortable, and super fun vehicle to be driven around in. This vehicle is 100% electric and has range limitations so we are only able to serve the Asheville, Hendersonville, Tryon, and Lake Lure regions with this vehicle. This vehicle also has a max seating capacity of six passengers.
The cost of this vehicle is $90 per hour/4 continuous hour minimum ($360)

Description
This is the deposit for hourly service (typically for wine tours, pub crawls, weddings, proms, etc.) with Van in Black in one of our fully electric SUVs (Rivian R1S). The hourly rate for this vehicle is $90 per hour with a 4 continuous hour minimum. Your deposit is the hourly minimum and the final amount (minus the deposit) will be due at the end of your booking and can be paid by either cash or card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express). The maximum capacity for this vehicle is six passenger (not including the driver). If you need something larger please consider booking one of our vans.
After a deposit is paid and your date is secured, someone from Van in Black will contact you to confirm the booking, answer any questions, and work out the details of your booking as each booking is unique. We work with each group to come up with the itinerary based on location, desired duration, and other preferences. You are going to love your experience with the Van in Black!

A few important terms and conditions for this booking:
- Our fee is for transportation only and does not include any fees charged by the places visited (e.g. wine tasting fees, beer flights, etc.).
- Groups can’t be larger than 6 people (that is the maximum capacity of our SUVs). If your group size is larger than this, please contact us to discuss options.
- Deposits are non-refundable and dates can’t be rescheduled. No exceptions (including COVID-19).

- Very important – our service area for this booking includes departures from the following cities only. Anything booked not in these regions will incur drive time (the time it takes to get to you) and may not be possible due to range limitations of electric vehicles:
- Asheville, NC (including Arden, Fletcher, Swannanoa, and Black Mountain)
- Hendersonville, NC (including Flat Rock)
- Lake Lure/Chimney Rock/Rumbling Bald areas
- The Tryon, NC area (including Columbus & Saluda)
